Abstract
30-year-old G2P1 with incidental finding of ovarian cyst on routine prenatal screening. A diagnosis of Malignant Struma Ovarii, papillary variant was made postpartum. Patient chose conservative management due to desired fertility and subsequently delivered a healthy baby 7-years post diagnosis with no further recurrence at 10-year survival.
