Abstract
- Robotic Assisted Radical Prostatectomy is considered a curative surgical approach for qualifying patients with prostate cancer. With the advancement of technique and widespread use of this surgical technology, “nerve-sparing” approach techniques have given male candidates hope that post-operatively they can still maintain the ability to have a spontaneous erection that is potent enough for sexual penetration.
