Abstract
Oral Isotretinoin, a vitamin A analog, is used for the treatment of recalcitrant inflammatory acne. It has been inconsistently and loosely connected to the development of inflammatory bowel disease. Inflammatory bowel disease is a term used to describe two conditions, Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis.
