Abstract
Ovarian hyperstimulation secretion syndrome (OHSS) is a relatively uncommon complication of ovarian stimulation during assisted reproduction. It occurs on a spectrum of mild to severe, and the most severe cases may be life-threatening. As the use of assisted reproductive technologies increases, clinicians must be aware of this potentially fatal syndrome.
