Abstract
Diabetes Mellitus is one of the largest epidemics in the world. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus treatment has evolved from diet, exercise, oral medication, insulin injections to now a large majority of diabetes has the option to chose bariatric metabolic surgery as a way to control the chronic hyperglycemia with positive outcomes.
