Abstract
Odontogenic maxillary sinusitis (OMS) makes up 40% of all chronic maxillary sinusitis (CMS) cases, rising to 75% of cases with unilateral maxillary sinus disease. 1-4 CT imaging facilitates an accurate diagnosis for a successful treatment plan. OMS can fully resolve through oral and sinus surgery, and non-surgical medical management.
