Abstract
Congestive heart failure is a growing problem around the world. Patients experience symptoms of shortness of breath and decreased quality of life. Patients depend on providers to help halt the progression and give the patients the best opportunity to fight their condition. Heart failure has many etiologies. Management is complex and involves focusing on different health areas, including diet, exercise, and medications. Although still limited, telehealth is under review to improving management and monitor for earlier recognition of decompensation.
