Abstract
Intensive Care Unit delivery models carry a substantial role regarding the quality of care of patients, cost-efficiency, sustainability, and accessibility. The global pandemic strained each staffing model's integrity, and one model, in particular, had an advantage. This article aims to review different Intensive Care Unit staffing delivery models and further investigate which model is theoretically most effective during a pandemic.
