Abstract
This case series evaluates QT prolongation in a 31-year-old male and 73-year-old male with COVID-19 pneumonia with use of prone position ventilation. Discussion includes review of cardiac complications of COVID-19 patients that are prone in ARDS with QT assessment as marker for high-risk viral complications. End points address need for monitoring policies, interventions, and medication adjustments.
