Abstract
While there are already well-established chemical treatments and lifestyle modifications available for the treatment and control of arterial hypertension (HTN), these options bring their own set of adverse effects or lifestyle inconveniences. In contrast, meditation is a simple and convenient strategy that can be used as an adjunct therapy or as a treatment to help control this disease process.
