Abstract

Testing for peanut allergy prior to the introduction of peanut in high-risk infants remains inconsistent across the United States, despite the development of guidelines. This article discusses and clarifies the current guidelines in order to guide clinicians on when to perform allergy testing for infants prior to early peanut introduction.
