Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to strain health care systems as high numbers of patients require hospitalization. Treatment for COVID-19 has significantly changed since the beginning of the pandemic based on new evidence that is frequently published. The purpose of this article is to describe COVID-19 patients that require hospitalization and the treatment of hospitalized COVID-19 patients based on current evidence from randomized clinical trials.
