Abstract

The fast food industry is rapidly evolving, and one of the major drivers of this change is artificial intelligence . Artificial intelligence has already had a significant impact on the fast food industry, improving the speed and accuracy of order processing, enhancing the customer experience, and streamlining operations. AI-powered technologies such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics are being used to improve the accuracy of order taking, reduce wait times, and provide personalized recommendations to customers. Additionally, AI is being used to optimize inventory management, reduce waste, and enhance supply chain efficiency. However, the widespread adoption of AI in the fast food industry also raises concerns about the impact on employment, as more tasks become automated. Overall, AI is transforming the fast food industry, offering opportunities for increased efficiency and improved customer experiences, but also presenting challenges that will need to be carefully managed.
