Abstract
Using interventions that align with the core reading curriculum increases the likelihood of student reading successes. Aligned curriculum and interventions can establish a unified language and consistent teaching methodology that allows the student to focus on the skill without confusion. During this presentation, participants will share their expertise to aid in the development of a standardized instructional practice and terminology guide. Participants will learn how they can better align their interventions with their core curriculum. Participants will discuss the rationale behind having them aligned, as well as practice reading the data, and accessing appropriate interventions.
